Self-serve centres start on Free immediately. Existing records are kept if you later upgrade to Paid.
Stays in the apps
We do not email invoices or the classroom activity feed — those stay in the apps. Parents and staff get push notifications for new activities, photos, daily reports, and billing updates. Email is for invitations, account codes, and vault expiry reminders only.
Terms of Service
Starting Free in the Admin app or submitting our signup form means your centre agrees to our Terms of Service. No separate signed contract is required for Free. Paid plans may include a separate order form or invoice before billing begins.
