Childcare software for licensed Canadian centres

Whether your province says child care, daycare, or garderie, the daily work is the same: check children in, log the day, keep families informed, and be ready when a licensing officer visits. DailyDotKids puts that in three apps — with centre data stored in Canada (Montréal region).

Built for Canadian centres

What childcare software should do day to day

Canada data residency

Database, photos, and vault files for production centres are hosted in Google Cloud’s Canada region. Read the specifics on Security and our DPA.

Three apps, one centre

Admin for owners and directors, Teacher for educators on a phone or shared classroom tablet, Parent for invited families. See how they connect.

Free plan to start

1 location, 1 class, up to 8 students, 2 teachers, and 16 parent accounts. No credit card and no sales call. Free vs Paid.

Licensing visit records

On Paid, keep checklists and export attendance, staff-hour, and emergency-contact packs. We do not certify your licence. Licensing visit prep.

Same product, provincial language

Child care, daycare, or garderie

Terminology differs by province

Licensing terms and rules are set provincially. Use the province pages below for official government resources — the apps work the same way wherever your centre operates.

Invite-only for families

Parents join with an invitation code from your centre after the child is on the roster. There is no public directory of open spots. Parent communication.

You still collect tuition

DailyDotKids tracks invoices on Paid but does not process parent payments. Centres collect Interac or other methods themselves.
