The service
DailyDotKids is software for daycare centres, operated by Anthor Canada corp. It includes the Admin, Teacher, and Parent apps. Centres in Canada register for a free pilot on this website. After we set a centre up, staff and families join by invitation from that centre — not by creating a public app account.
We help you keep classroom records, talk to families, store documents, and track tuition. We do not take parent payments. We do not license your centre or certify that you are compliant.
The free pilot
DailyDotKids is currently offered as a free pilot to a limited number of licensed child care centres across Canada. Centre owners register on the signup form; that form emails us so we can contact them. The software is provided as-is. We may add, change, or pause features as we improve it. We will not surprise you with a bill: if a paid plan comes later, we will talk with you first.
Your responsibilities
- Authority: You must have the right to use the service for your centre — including parental permission where you log children’s days, upload photos, or store health and emergency information.
- Accounts: Keep logins, invitation codes, and PINs private. You are responsible for activity under accounts you control.
- Records: You remain responsible for your licence, ratios, paper records your officer still requires, and anything DailyDotKids does not store or export yet.
- Fair use: Do not try to break into the service, scrape other centres’ data, or use the apps to harm children, families, or staff.
What we are not liable for
To the extent Canadian law allows, Anthor Canada corp is not liable for downtime, lost records, or other losses from using the pilot. Keep copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. This software does not replace your judgement as a licensee.
Canadian law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Disputes are handled in Canadian courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page. If you keep using DailyDotKids after a change, you are agreeing to the updated terms.
