How to read this list
Anthor Canada corp uses the following subprocessors to provide DailyDotKids. We require appropriate contractual and security measures with these providers. We will update this page when the list changes in a material way.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data / notes | Primary location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Cloud Platform (Google LLC / Google Canada) | Application hosting, database, file storage, secrets, build/deploy | Centre and user records, photos, vault files, operational logs | Canada — northamerica-northeast1 (Montréal) for production App Engine, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Storage used by DailyDotKids |
| Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) | Push notifications to Admin, Teacher, and Parent apps | Device tokens, notification payloads (limited content) | Global delivery network (routing may leave Canada to reach a device) |
| Apple Inc. | iOS app distribution and TestFlight / App Store services | Developer account, app binaries, store metadata; not our daycare database | United States / global (Apple) |
| Google Play (Google) | Android app distribution | Developer account, app binaries, store metadata; not our daycare database | Global (Google) |
Not subprocessors (for clarity)
- The daycare (our customer) is the organization that decides what child and family data to enter — typically the controller under Canadian privacy law. We act as their processor / service provider for the platform. See the DPA.
- Parents and staff using the apps are end users invited by the centre, not vendors of Anthor.
